Pink VerbenaThis wallpaper of pink flowers is called Ring of Fairy Flowers. It is a fresh picture of a pink Verbena.About Lil' Miss Verbena Year in and year out she lives in a sunny spot in our garden. She has a long flowering season. Her little flowers are just over half an inch or about 14mm in diameter. Each flower has five little petals. Once you have the wallpaper installed, you will see a faint, lighter pink line on the out-pointing petals. Why do the blooms have these little lines? I have investigated the blooms and buds closely. My guess is that it is a little fold line... this petal is the inner folded petal when the bloom is still a tiny package in the bud.
